1. Cancellation Window

1.1 Order Cancellation:

• Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement without any penalty.

• After this window, cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.

1.2 Bulk or Custom Orders:

• Cancellation of bulk or custom orders must be requested within 24 hours of placement. Beyond this timeframe, cancellations will be subject to review and may incur charges for materials or production.

2. How to Cancel an Order

• If the order is canceled before processing or shipping, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

3.2 After Processing:

• If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellations may not be possible. In such cases, customers may need to follow the return policy to obtain a refund.

4. Non-Cancellable Items

4.1 The following orders cannot be canceled:

• Personalized or custom-made items.

• Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Refundable.”

5. Delayed or Unfulfilled Orders

5.1 If your order is delayed or cannot be fulfilled, you will have the option to:

• Cancel the order and receive a full refund.

• Choose an alternative product or accept a store credit.

6. Amendments to Orders

6.1 Modifications to orders (e.g., changing item quantities or delivery addresses) may be allowed within the same 2-hour cancellation window. Contact customer support for assistance.
